DESCRIPTION:

WISACRYL® CURE FIX is an acrylic-based curing product that provides an increase in strength and performance by keeping the water in the body of the concrete. When the curing liquid is applied on the newly poured concrete, the film layer it forms prevents fast drying, stopping any superficial cracks and shrinkage cracks.

FEATURES:

By minimizing the water loss of the concrete with the thin film layer it creates, it ensures that the concrete is cured with the water within and that the cement is better hydrated. Concrete treated with curing material provides a strength increase of up to 20% compared to normal concrete. It is a more effective and economical method than classical curing methods. It prevents surface dusting and increases surface abrasion resistance. It reduces the shrinkage cracks on the surface caused by fast drying. It is not suitable for resin and cement-based applications to be made on the cured surface after application. It impregnates the concrete surface and increases the surface impermeability. It gives a semi-gloss appearance to the concrete surface. With its homogeneous structure, it is evenly distributed over the entire surface and provides surface colour homogeneity with full curing in concrete. Its application is simple, it reduces labour costs. It does not contain solvents; is suitable for use in closed areas.

RECOMMENDED USES:

• In the curing of vertical and horizontal structural elements,
• Immediately after freshly applied concrete, screed and surface hardener applications,
• In places where air flow, evaporation is high, and humidity is low,
• In high-rise buildings, where curing with water is difficult,
• Later coating (plaster, screed, paint, etc.)
• It is used on surfaces that are planned to be made (ceramic and epoxy coating),
• Residences, shopping malls, business centres, terraces, Indoor and outdoor car parks, warehouses,
• Airports and field concretes, Aircraft runways, parking areas,
• Concrete roads and bridges and dams, Canals and flume concrete.
