PVC waterstop items should be used on concrete surfaces in contact with water to prevents water leakage from the joints. If it is desired to prevent the transfer of dynamic movements in the joint or if there is no pressurized ground water, in this case PVC waterstop bands used in the center of concrete section can be used. If the building is on an earthquake zone PVC waterstop type should be chosen that is resistant to tensions in diagonal directions or absorb excessive stretches that may occur.

Purpose of use:
For several reasons (settlement, earthquake and etc.) many structures face with horizontal or vertical gaps. To maintain watertightness in these gaps ARFEN’s PVC watertight bands are applied.
Material:
Extruded by maintaining appropriate temperature and pressure using mixture of Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, various catalysts, stabilizer, antioxidants, stain, hardener and plasticizer.
