Cement-acrylic based waterproofing is usually single or dual component mixtures of semi-elastic material used on cement-based plasters and concrete. The resulting waterproofing coatings have good adherence to concrete and masonry surfaces due to their cementitious structure, and therefore strong bonding.  The polymer modifier contributes to the flexible ability with excellent capillary sealing properties. The present crystallising agents penetrate deep to fill cavities and capillaries and that react with moisture and components in the substrate to form crystals and thus creating the waterproofing effect.
